The easy part. We let gravity do the work. After offloading the waste vegetable oil at our warehouse, we let it sit for a few days, allowing any contaminants (food sediment and wastewater) to settle to the bottom. Then, the water and sediment are drained off before the remaining waste vegetable oil is heated and centrifuged for final cleaning and drying.
